Not sold items mind you, ALL listings. Even ridiculous Buy It Nows are averaged in. Wanted $15 for a loose copy of Batman on NES. that's a little steep. They make collecting hard. But, I've bought quite a few things there when I just wanna play something new right away.

Yes I have personally experienced his faulty pricing myself multiple times. And that $50 copy of Kirby's Avalanche is probably still sitting in the glass case. But I do walk out of there with a $20-30 (or $100+) game for $8-10 more often then not. Usually on SNES though.

Yes. On that trip he marked Sky Blazer up from $8-10 to $50 (it was a $30 game at the time), and marked MMPR:TM at $10
Honestly though, the guy has hooked me up a few times. I brought up a near-mint complete King Arthur and the Knights of Justice that was marked at $50. He looked it up, commented that it was worth more, and then honored the price. Though maybe he looked up King Arthur's World by accident because KAatKoJ is worth a lot more. And he honored the price on the Duck Dodgers I bought.
The store is pretty depleted now though. The stock is a fraction of what it was, and I couldn't find any deals last time I was there.
