Got a new little Billy bookshelf, and have split the Nintendo and Sony stuff. I really don't have anything outside of those two companies, not counting the Atari hidden in my couch (which I may actually pull out now that I have some more shelf space).
Reorganizing stuff to be more display-centric has been pretty fun. Looks nice I think.
As you guys might recall, I sold my entire collection a few years back. Since then I've built a new house and built a brand new game room and collection. I haven't really posted any picture of my set up, other than my Wii set last year: http://nintendoage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?StartRow=1&catid=5&threadid=170644
I finally got around to taking current pictures of everything. I also whipped together a video tour here:
It's nowhere near the amount of games I had in my last collection, nor the complete sets, but I'm really happy with how it has all turned out this second time around.

How it turned out. There is switch boxes under the TV that turns on every system, with a click of the button.

JK Aaron, that is really impressive progress since your big sale! What is the new plan? Duplicate the old collection for the most part, or go in a different direction with things?
Ha, it's true. Gotta start somewhere.. as I poke around my storage room for extra's I should have sold long ago.
The new plan as of right now is to slowly build the collection back up. A little bit of everything. I'm in no rush, I'm justing picking up whatever I find locally for the most part, pawn shops and garage sales. The only exception is my NES stuff. I really missed not having any games for the system. So Nintendoage has been a great help with building that back up. I'm not going for a complete set right now. Just picking up some of the more common titles. I've put myself on more or less a online buying freeze on everything else as I'm putting money towards house building. I have some neat ideas for the new gameroom though, so I'll definitely post some pics when thats done.
See K.Thrower, it only took my three years to post new pics.
Oh wow, are those the Ducktales, Ducktales 2 and Sweet Home internal silver Capcom developer releases? I have the Ducktales one but haven't see copies of the other 2 existing.

Hmm, I'm not sure which ones you are talking about. On that bottom shelf with the front facing games I have 2 zelda repos with custom labels I made and a Silverish gold Megaman 5 I won here on Nintendoage many years ago. I've never heard of silver Capcom developer releases, they sound awesome though!

Here's mine, they were given to a few members of the Timewalk team that developed the games for Capcom. I heard there is also a Ducktales 2 and a Sweet Home version but have never seen copies of them. There are fewer than 10 of each in existence.
Just finished putting together the last shelves for my room, and put in some LED lights for a backsplash across the top of the whole room, pretty stoked with how it all turned out
A shot with the lights out to show the LED lighting:
Couldn't quite get the whole room in one shot, but here's the best pano I could capture without everything looking too warped

Here's a couple pics of my basement/game room/dude lair. Kinda mediocre compared to a lot of collections, but it's getting there. Basement soon to be finished.

What year/model is that Ibanez? Doesn't look familiar.
Curious if that is a Gibson as well, hard to see the headstock decals.

That's a Proline(forget the model # at the moment) from 85. The double neck is actually one I built several years ago. Own a couple Artists and an Artcore as well. Pay no attention to the junk piled up on the guitars...

Can anybody on this thread help me find a grey nwc that I can buy. I do know the difference between real and fake. Figured I'd put that out there. Lol
Wrong thread. You should make a thread in the Buyers section.
