200 and 6' 7"!?!?!? Dude that's toothpick skinny, at least at the real world sports level. That'll probably cut it at the high school level, but if you are more ambitious and want to go to college then you'll need to pack on pounds. Or just be absurdly fast, but tall guys aren't usually speed demons.
I'm 5' 11" maybe 175-180 and I'd love to gain another 20 pounds lean muscle too. However at 24 you don't gain strength nearly as fast as when you are a late teen. The only trick to gaining weight is eating all the time every 2 or 3 hours all day even when you aren't hungry.
Too many young guys say "I can't gain weight no matter what" when all they are eating is 3 meals a day and burning probably 1,000 or so calories at practice / games. Combine this with the ultra-hyper athletic metabolism and of course you won't gain any weight unless you are eating 5k calories a day.
Having said that, I eat 3 to 4 thousand calories a day and can barely gain any weight either
No its for lacrosse I'd figure if i was 200, 210 i would be hard to stop. It also helps that i'm 6'7 and i could pull off being over 200.
Damn son. I'm about a foot shorter than you and I'm close to 200. It's a combination of muscle and fat. I've got muscular arms, legs, pecs, with a beer belly.

Hell I eat like 8-10k a day. People bring us so much food at the PO there is always something to eat. Candy, Cookies, Cake, etc. It probably also doesn't help I drink a few 2 liters of Mtn Dew a day! ~~NGD

Ha, I did the same in college. It is an unwritten rule that 90% of Computer Science majors depend on Mountain Dew to get them through the night when coding hundred or even thousand line projects the night before the deadline.

Yes, you certainly could.
I'm 6'8" and weigh about 280.
Granted I'd like to lose some weight, but it's not that bad.
Resolutions:
A good paying job.
Getting married.
Being able to consistently dunk a basketball again (blew out my knee a few years back, and while I've done it since, it has been few and far between).
To attend AGE Expo '09, wherever it may be.
