Nintendo display cabinet

Saw this on my local CL, think it's been posted a few times now. It seems nice and all, but what do you all think of the price? I figured maybe $200 but thought that might be too far off to be even worth offering. Is it even worth that? Guy is asking $350:

    Looks like he took a display case and painted a Nintendo logo on it. So since it isnt official, I would say it isnt worth the $200 unless it is real nice quality. But it is a nice display case. You could look at Ikea or something like that and see if there is something similar you could paint on for much less, not sure.

    Pretty sure that guys a member here. I definitely saw this cabinet posted here not too long ago.



    That said, yes it's unofficial, and I'd put the value on it around $100 or so.

    Oh wow ok, didn't realize it wasn't official. Probably should note that in the description. Never was interested in a display case but since it was close to me and not all that large I was considering it. Guess I'll pass on this then unless it goes cheap. Thanks guys!

    This guy has been trying to sell it for a while now and there have been one or two threads about it already haha. I wouldn't pay more than $100 since it is unofficial.

    If it were next door to me if probably pay $150 for it just because it looks nice.

    I have to say at $150 it is tempting, but his asking price is so much more than that. Probably much too far apart to even bother.

    I'm local to him also and he has relisted it on Craigslist a few times. If I remember correctly he started somewhere around $700 and reduced each time it was relisted.

    Thanks again guys. I'm a newbie when it comes to display cabinets (obviously). I may just end up looking for an Ikea cabinet of some kind.

    Its pretty nice, definitely worth more than 100 IMO...i would pay 150 easy...200 max...
