That monitor on the left needs more than a screen adjustment. Probably needs a new flyback transformer and a cap kit. That's less than $50 if you do it yourself. A couple hundred if you send it off for repair. Personally I'd pay no more than $250 for it.
These dual systems are pretty rare nowadays. Ive seen them sell in my area for $750+ in similar condition. Nintendo arcade cabs command premiums nowadays.
I've been wanting one of these, but they are gigantic (basically 2 cabs spliced together) and heavy. I couldn't get it into my basement arcade.
