Mario/Excitebike Arcade machine

Popped up in my area and I am very interested. Any idea what I should offer? For reference, it works, but the screens need adjusted in back.

  • That monitor on the left needs more than a screen adjustment. Probably needs a new flyback transformer and a cap kit. That's less than $50 if you do it yourself. A couple hundred if you send it off for repair. Personally I'd pay no more than $250 for it.
  • That thing is so cool
  • I agree with the $250, $300 tops. I have one and they are huge. Make sure you have the room and way to transport it.
  • These dual systems are pretty rare nowadays. Ive seen them sell in my area for $750+ in similar condition. Nintendo arcade cabs command premiums nowadays.

I've been wanting one of these, but they are gigantic (basically 2 cabs spliced together) and heavy. I couldn't get it into my basement arcade.
  • Regardless of "rarity", because of the work required and the ridiculous amount of work it will take to move that, I'd be at $200-$300.
  • Moving them is the worst part! I had to remove a door and the frame just to get my Cruisn Exotica upstairs.
