I won a complete copy of Earthbound on eBay and it came with this ad.

Does anyone know if it is valuable or is it just an old Nintendo Power ad that got tossed in?

It is valuable to an extent. It came from an issue of Nintendo Power (volume 74 I believe) and should have a coupon attached to it
