I'm looking to buy an NES Test Station.

I am located in Australia, so international shipping will be necessary. I am not looking for one with the TV.

That will be expensive shipping they weigh a good 40lbs. I think a user name Noen was taking offers but his had the TV.

Thank you, I saw that one advertised. Looks very nice, but as you said, it has the TV.

I've imported a few bulky things, so the exorbitant shipping costs are something I am used to.

I've sold and purchased to/from Australia, and surprisingly shipping was cheap then to the USA on both occasions. But you may have to pay more because of your exchange.
