007 the world is not enough n64 manual variant??

Bought this some time ago in a lot with other manuals and never paid much attention to it. Finally looked at it and it looks to me like it is in french canadian? Looks like an instruction manual. Can't find anything on ebay or google like it. I'm leaning towards fake, but not sure!
