Tecmo Super Bowl is fun

I don't normally post messages like this, but I just got this game today courtesy of a trade and I had really forgotten how fun it is.  My one friend had it back in the day.  I'm not even a football fan, but I like to play the video games time to time.

I played as the Bears vs. Packers and won 34-10.  Fun times.

Anyway, all you collectors should get this game.

i really think tecmo super bowl is one of the best games.. i allways use the bills.. and did u know u can go change your opponents plays and players to kick there asses even worse 99-0. lol

I've never been a football fan, per se, but have always loved Super Tecmo Bowl.  one of the best games ever made.  I like the fact that you can play the season mode, and it keeps stats and league leaders. E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!

Chuck Norris's chest hair alone could stop Bo Jackson. Chuck Norris is nye invinsible...except in the Ultimate Orgy or the Ultimate Showdown My favorite 2 vids of all time I think.

i love these games as well. the nes version is cool, but the 3 snes version are way better.

Jerry Rice can catch a hailmary for 100 yds, and even thought the entire defense is standing there waiting for the ball and to tackle him, he just catches the ball and smashes every defender down.. TOUCHDOWN!

Haha. Love this game, too. I played it over and over when I was little, and still enjoy it today. The Bills are definitely the best bet. In my house it was always the Bills vs. the Cowboys. I loved throwing a Hail Mary in the last seconds and catching it...And what great music when the game ends!

I agree, great game. I had bought a repro of this game.... Tecmo Bowl 2K6. With all last years rosters and abilities. One of the best purchases I've ever made . The Colts are freaking awesome.
