40 Year-Old Virgin Original Script

I truly, and sadly forgot how I acquired this! However, it is an authentic script for The 40 Year Old Virgin. There's no marked way of authenticating this, but it's 100% authentic. I just wished it was marked somewhere. Anyways, I was wondering if I put it up on ebay what some nut would pay for it? I don't plan on it, but I was guessing if anyone here would pay for it (any movie nuts, carell nuts, etc.)? Anyways, just'd like to get some ideas.

    I don't know if I'd try and eBay something like that. It's probably considered property of Universal Studios or where ever it was shot.

    No I want to keep it, but i was just wondering what people would pay for that, or if it only has "sentimental" value?
