Super nintendo with Gameboy player walmart varient

I have a chance to pick one up judging by the pics it seems to be pretty much complete has original box and some paper work, GB player also in original box Did the gb player come boxed originally?  I think this was maybe a walmart exclusive.. Any thoughts on a value.. Having trouble finding much
