Nintendo Power Promo/Poster

I got this many years ago with a bunch of Gaming magazines. When it's folded it looks like a Nintendo Power Cover.

Does anybody know where this came from.

There are a few references I'm seeing but no direct location of the source. General consensus is a pack in with a Nintendo Power issue. Somewhere in the N64 run of NPs.

I've got tons of guide and insert duplicates but this is the only one of these I have.

I looks like a cover from issues 80 thru 91 but slightly larger. I have several of those issues with mailing labels on the covers. Usually posters included with NP mags are for games or other Nintendo store items. This one is trying to get you to subscribe to the magazine.



Could it have come with an N64 console... ?

I have a few of these posters and always thought it came with packed in with an issue of Nintendo Power too, but it looks like it was a promo mailer for giving a gift subscription and was mailed out all by itself?
