I feel that if a CIB went to auction and actually sold it might go for somewhere in the $15k-$18k range. There's a CIB that's been consistently relisted at $25k but considering the sealed one went for $32k recently I don't see it selling for that price anytime soon. So my guess for a breakdown would be $7k-$8k for the cart, $6k-$7k box, and $2k-$3k manual. So hard to price this since it doesn't sell often and it will command a premium for someone looking for this item to complete their CIB. I think others who collect CIB will be able provide a better estimate as I'm just speculating and would value their opinions over mine as I collect cart only. Thinking you should be able to get $2k-$3k from a serious buyer. The large jump in price on the cart won't have the same ripple effect on the box and manual in my opinion as most people are only after the cart.
drcurtis already has a CIB but also another CB so he may be interested. Otherwise, post it FO on NA to see what type of offers you get, or put it on ebay at $3k BIN and see if anyone bites. Good luck!
The only people that really would be looking for a manual would be those that have a boxed copy. There's not very many CI or I collectors out there, and with so few CB Stadium Events copies out there, the pool of people that would be interested in a loose manual just isn't that large. It's still a manual for (arguably) the most desired game in the NES library, so it still has a lot of value for that reason alone. I'd estimate its value more around $1k-$2k depending on a lot of factors. You might be able to get $3k for it, but I think that's stretching it.
xjwebb1982 and thomeboy thanks for your responses. Obviously not much in regards to sales history for just the manual which makes it hard to gauge a price. Rarer than the cart but would not be at the same level of demand by any means.

Apologies for the MS paint watermarking
Wow tats pretty cool! How did you find/get it?
Thanks. Actually bought from here on NA around 2010.
Didn't one of these sell here for $2K a couple years ago already? I'd imagine is has to be more than that now. For all the carts that show up how many loose manuals do you see? For someone trying to finish a cib copy they are basically at the mercy of the market.
manual is rarer than the box from what ive seen. I know if I had a boxed copy id be paying several thousand for the manual just because the value differential is huge between boxed and complete.
You got me interested so I did a bit of looking around on here and found that Jason sold both his cart and manual in 2011, after I bought mine in 2010. So this has to be a different one.
Interesting though it looks like this is the manual that was used for the site database scan. So if anyone knows the history of that and wants to share let me know.
Oh wow, nice. It's definitely more rare than the cart but the demand is not as strong as the cart. I would give somebody a lot of $$$ and the rights to Deal or no Deal (NES) for an SE cart
