DKJR Math listed as having a FAKE box and it sells for $1301.00?!

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nintendo-NES-DONKEY-KONG-JR-MATH-Complete-CIB-w-REPRODUCTION-BOX-EXCELLENT-/331527703471?nma=true&si=BVYZSnEdKqZUDkRPH2FM1stjg1I%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

The only thing I can think of is that the bidders were not reading the description before bidding because from what I know of the value, and I may be off;

DKJR Math loose  cartridge.......$   20.00 -$50 depending on condition

DKJR Math manual....................$   20.00

Repro box by NCC......................$   15.00

Styro block.................................$        .50

????? ?????.................................$1000.00+

-------------------------------------------

                          TOTAL................$1301.00

I did find it a little shady that the box was (purposely?) worn to match the rest.

    Either that or money laundering!!!!
  • Thats over a grand in fake box.
  • wrong on your prices the manual has been selling on average more than the cart! LOL
  • It was a non paying bidder, confirmed by the NA seller.

It was just an average. I used to sell them for $20 each a few years ago..

I'm just glad I bought my DKJR Math back in 1986 brand new for $19.99.

    It's still minty fresh.

    Ahh.

That's strange though. I saw 3 bidders with good feedback, one of which had over 585+ FB, all bidding over $1000 each.

Hardly seems worth screwing your account to troll a seller.
  • They were probably high on drugs.
  • Ive only seen DK JR math carts for over $60. Anyone selling a $20 copy? I'd gladly buy it.
