Seriously though, I actually remember this show, it came out shortly after TMNT hit it's pinnacle. I remember the theme song and that flashing tattoo gimmick. I don't remember the show, I don't actually think I even ever watched it, but they advertised for it during the TMNT afterschool cartoon. Perhaps this was a Saturday morning show? I don't think they had one of these on everyday since it was an American production, they were making it new. Either way, I was definitely watching something else at the time
I think I remember seeing a couple of episodes of this show. Wasn't this the one where the kids transformed into beefed up steroid freaks, (who looked nothing like them) and then had their voices dubbed into the scenes with them?
