What song plays during the Zut Alors skits on SNL?

I used to know, but I forgot, and I want to have this song to cue up when I make a real zinger of a pun or something in life.

It's the song from the Jean K Jean skits on SNL where Keenan says "zut alors!" and then music starts playing...my google fu must be weak today because I found it relatively easily awhile ago and am coming up empty now.

Thanks!

  • My google Fu came up with it possibly being "Connected" by Stereo MCs

It is similar. However, I don't think it sounds quite right. I imagine the SNL music is just a kind generic beat they came up with to sorta resemble the music played during Def Comedy Jam. Jean K Jean is the premier French Def Jam Comedy Sensation after all.
  • Haha zut alors is a reference to a Zappa album "Zoot Allures"...I think

I think it's the reverse actually  Zut Alors is a real expression, so that was Zappa being clever, haha

Oh word I didn't know that! Btw connected by stereo mc's is not only a badass track, it reminds me of the 90's which is totally awesome
