World of Warcraft Collectors Edition (The original 2004 one)

Hey, so I recently got this, and I know it's valuable, but it is missing some of the game CDs. As you can see in the picture, 3 of the game disks are missing, and the game inside the warcraft 2 case is missing. Everything else is there though, including the dvd, and in good condition. I've looked around and I've seen complete ones going for over $300, but I was curious what you guys think this is worth since it's missing some stuff. Thanks!

  • I wouldn't think very much since it seems to be missing most everything and I'm sure the code isn't any good so nobody could link it to their account. Maybe 50-75 and that seems generous.
  • The pet code alone is like a grand if you have it

Which has always puzzled me to the extreme..
  • Getting the in-game vanity item is 90 percent of the reason why people would buy the collectors edition for each expansion the rest of the stuff is just.....meh?
  • Does it have the trading cards?

as someone who buys pets in games im not suprised. People like being special snowflakes in mmos.

  • Thanks for the info guys! I found a code that says CD-KEY CODE, but nothing that says pet code. No trading cards either, just the stuff in the picture. I just uploaded the picture of the CD-KEY CODE. Is this the code you're talking about?

Meh I do remember seeing the murlock (I think that's what the CE pet was) playing vanilla and BC.  That was really the only special pet there was, so that was worth it IMO.  Now there's probably 20+ special pets for WoW.
  • Well, with the CD Key prolly being used, missing CDs and no trading cards, You're prolly looking at like $50-70ish, if it's in nice condition. If it was complete, in nice condition and the CD key was used, you could prolly get $120-$150, buyer dependent.
