tengen ac adaptor for gameboy

This may be a dumb question but i found this ac adaptor and i know the nes tengen ac adapters are worth money and i can't find any information on it.

    Hmmm, good question... I've never seen one nor found any info with the best of my Google-fu as well. Maybe I'm wrong, but possible "TENGEN Accessory Holy Grail" candidate?



    I would think it hooked onto a light attachment, but most of those use batteries. My next guess is for it to be a part of some kind of rechargeable battery pak, but no info on that either.

    Most likely just an AC Adapter for the Gameboy itself, they made one for the NES And SNES (Aftermarket)

    Tengen made all sorts of accessories, so this one doesn't surprise me. I have a Genesis one, yet I can't find any info that one was ever made.



    The NES ones aren't all that valuable. I have two and tried to sell one last April with no bites.



    I might be interested in it if you are looking to sell.
