author icons, whats the deal????

i have tried to change this thing but it wont let me...

when i try to upload my own it says its too big no matter how much i shrink it.

and when i click view all to see the standard ones that the site did provide there not there anymore..

can someone please try to help..

    How are you trying to resize it?

    Is it saying the file size is too big, or the dimensions of the image are too big?

    nes_king you could always ask Dain or NGD to help you out since they probably have full access to your account anyway.  I know Dain does.

    If they are too busy or you want it done ASAP you could PM me your user name and password and tell me what you want your icon to be...I'd fix it for you.  Then after I fix it, you could change your password if you wanted.  It's all up to you bud...but it probably is just a file size issue.  I recommend IrfanView to get that bugger down to size. 

    If all else fails, I'll fix it for you.  Just let me know.

    You can always send me the image and I can see what's up with it. I've had a few situations where the file name said it was a JPEG, but it was actually a BMP file. Also, the width of 120 is enforced, and I think this piece of crap forum package bombs with an error if you try anything wider than that.
