I never buy sealed games because I believe games should be played and not just collected. However, if I run across one, I definitely sell it because I know others want sealed copies to collect.
Wily is the best boss by far. I mean, seriously, he was defeated like 150 times throughout the series and still just keeps coming...
Sealed games it just depends on what title it is. I'd rather not have sealed games unless it is a classic like mario or zelda. If I get a common sealed game I always just open it, but if it's rarer I will usually try and trade towards a cib.
Note: I think my liking of Wario comes from Mario Kart 64 battle mode. Whenever he wins, his evil laugh is by far the best way of rubbing it in Much better than catch phrases from Mario like "Here we gooooo" or Luigi's "Wa-hooooo".
I'll definitely revise my original choice to Hitler. Few things are more satisfying than shooting one of the most evil people in history in the face with a rocket launcher. (I think killing a dual chaingun wielding Hitler in Wolf3D would be a close 2nd)

Games are meant to be played, although I now understand why some people like the sealed stuff (just not for me). Favorite evil guy is Wario for me.
