Is this RAM compatible with this Computer?

Is the RAM that I have compatible with the computer below? I listed the two below. The computer is original. Nothing has been swapped out before. I just happened to have the RAM, so I thought I might could upgrade my dad's computer with it. Are they compatible? Should I make the swap? I don't know much about this kind of stuff, but I wanted to upgrade his computer if possible since I have this RAM just laying around not being used.

    even if it isnt compatible it wont hurt your computer to try it. it either will or wont work.

    I have had good luck using pcpartpicker.com to check for component compatibility.

    Or just look up the user manual of your desktop/laptop/motherboard, those usually specify what RAM the machine is compatible with.
