I looked at the reference site http://bootgod.dyndns.org:7777/image.php?ImageID=2030. There is a different number on one of the chips and there is no writing on the square one at the top. Please let me know what you think.

Looks good, what matters is the code on the large chips, it must be NES-FT-0, the number that is different is because that's the chip manufacture date, 93 is for the year and 47 is the week, so that explains the slight variation. Don't worry about the MMC3 chip, sometimes the ink on those chips is very dark and looks like it has no writing if the photo is taken at an angle.
