Did Rockman X4 come with a front case insert?

I know Rockman 8 does, and my copy is missing it, so I want to know for sure before I buy this game.

    you mean like a manual front title for ps1? yes

    No, not the manual. Some games come with a separate front cover on the inside of the case, like Rockman 8. Although, I notice now that Rockman X4 has a different style case which wouldn't seem to accommodate one of those.

    You mean a slip cover or spine strip? I know Rockman X4 had a spine strip on Sega Saturn, but I don't know about playstation or the fact if it came in a full slip cover or not.

    Rockman X4 (original release) uses a standard CD jewel case and not a thicker "Playstation" jewel case like with Rockman 8, Tron ni Kobun, Rockman Battle & Chase, etc. Thus, there is no front case insert.
