Help me remeber the name of this arcade game

I don`t know why I just remebered this game but I think it was from around 15+ years ago around the same time as street fighter.
I remeber you could lose both arms and a leg and still have to hop around on one leg and try to kick the other guy.
Damn that was a weird game.
Anybody ever remember playing this?

    Time Killers. Terrible but hilarious, until you lose your quarter in 10 seconds to someone using the preying mantis to rip your head off.

    edit: I thought it was Time Rippers then realized that was a Space Quest sequel image

    when i saw that at the arcade as a kid i was like "wow this is so much better then street fighter!" I thought the animation was amazing too image My favorite part tho, was that the swords clashed
