Where is best to buy a Framemeister?

I'm looking to upgrade my retro gaming experience by buying a Framemeister. I'm curious where people have found the best price and which unit number is best. Just doing a Google search I'm seeing two different unit numbers (DP3913547 and DP3913515) and can't really find anything that tells what the differences are between the two. I just want to make sure I buy the right model from the right place given the price of these things. Thanks in advance!
