Windows 7 Ultimate K (Korean)

I found a computer at a thrift store for $8.  It's an HP Pavilion m7557c. http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c00711192

It's nothing too fancy, but definitely a great price if it works.

I bring it home and it works just fine...except everything is in Korean. I've messed with it for a long time and I can't seem to be able to switch the language to English. I've watched multiple tutorials, but of course they show you how to change it from English to another language. I can follow them for the most part, but I get stuck when I try to check for optional updates which includes adding a language pack. In order to perfrom updates, I need to have my computer connected to the internet, right? I can't seem to figure out how to get my internet connected.

I thought maybe there might be a program I could download that would change my display language without going through all the settings. If that's the case, then I could download a program from another computer and stick it on a flash drive to use on the computer I just bought since I'm having trouble connecting to the internet on that machine.

I'd really like to get this machine working if possible, so any advice/help is appreciated. I'd like to get it working so I can give it to my grandparents. Sadly, it would be a nice upgrade for them.
