GameBoy - are there 2 different versions of Maru's Mission?

    I don't know exactly why they released 2 different boxes for this game. But as far as price goes, I believe they're about the same, in the $75-$100 range. The last one I saw sold for a BIN of $100 and it sold right away.

    Yes, and two different Ghostbusters 2 (black / blue). I'd say Maru's Mission is probably closer to $150 as a CIB.

    The 1st one in the link I think is the rarest but its just my opinion; however, the 1st with that artwork was sold in EU while 2nd in US.

    They are about the same in terms of rarity and value. Both are uncommon to find. My guess is the same amount (or at least close to) of copies of each were produced.

    For the record, I also think that the Monster (as opposed to 2 kids) artwork is the rarer version. Not a lot rarer, but enough to notice the difference.

    The box with the "one eyed" monster I only saw in Europe so far.

    Cart and manual is identical and USA coded, box has no codes on flaps at all !



    I can't remeber if the art work of the back of the box is identical though but writing is as well in english from what I remeber.

    First one is more rare for sure. A CIB copy in good condition fetches around 150-200 euro.
