Has anyone purchased from this website? http://www.retro-video-game-repair.com/



I made an order 2 weeks ago and haven't received anything; no confirmation email, no shipping email, nada, nothing.



I have sent them two emails asking about the status of my order and timing estimate and I have received no response. I have even tried calling them and just got thier voicemail.



Any help would be greatly appreciated.



UPDATE 8/12/15: I have been contacted by the store owner. Apparently he has had some family emergency and left his assistant to fill orders. According to him the assistant has done a really horrible job; not fulfilling orders, not responding to emails, etc. After speaking with him he has finally shipped out my order. It should be arriving later this week.

    I haven't ordered from this place since they were called The Nintendo Repair Shop Inc., and this was at least three years ago. I ordered a cleaning kit and NES 72-pin connector. I didn't have an issue then, but since they have taken on more since it might slow things down. I am curious as to how it turns out, because I was thinking of ordering some more things from them. Good luck.

    Try to figure out if they have an Ebay or Amazon store and contact them through that channel. In recent years the online store is giving way to the Ebay storefront and many sellers do so much more biz outside of their own website that it is a nusance to even check it.

    I ordered some replacement rubber pads for my NES and SNES controllers.

    They are in my mailbox right now! Going to go home after work and put them in my controllers. I'm hoping they put the "spring" back into my controllers.
