Is this a fake (reproduction) label or not?

I'm sorry to ask, but I am just really bad at spotting these and I have been burned before.



Fake or real?



UPDATE 8-14-15: This was an eBay listing BTW. I went ahead and bought it ($30 + $2.74 shipping for the curious). I'll let everyone know if it turns out real or not (I'm better at spotting reprints in real life).

I don't think so, the Licensed by Nintendo and the purple arrow look like they are too low and on the right hand side normally on 3rd party game the have the purple bar but there is the logo of the publisher like Konomi or Capcom or Squaresoft

Is it glossy? Do you feel some characters are blurred are all clear? What do the edges look like?

Looks fine. Nothing obviously wrong and that game isn't expensive enough that it'd be a real concern.

It appears legit. It's hard to tell from the picture, but check to see if the label is too glossy or not glossy enough.
