Just trying to have some fun with this one and I'm not sure if this topic has been beaten to death but I was wondering what everyones opinion is of the worst NES game ever released?

    For me, Rocky and Bullwinkle is up there. It's probably not the worst, but it absolutely did a disservice to a franchise that I otherwise adore. What a pile of shit that game is.

    For myself personally the worst are Last Ninja, Time Lord, Ikari Warriors II and Roger Rabbit. I couldn't stand these games as a kid and I can't stand them now.

    I have a deep personal hatred for Darkman. I wouldn't say it's the worst ever though. That award goes Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. 90% of the Sachen titles are easily just as bad too.

    I think Hook is a pretty bad game. Thunderbirds and Super Cars are up there also as two of the worst in my opinion.

    Motor City Patrol is terrible, constantly having to pause the damn game to see where the bad guys are, who the hell though was a good idea? Why not just have a damn map on screen while driving the damn police car, which is hard to steer too.

    Play Wheel of a Fortune, that game is great. The others are bad, yes. Especially Win Lose or Draw

    This year was the first one I actually learned how to play it, it's not nearly as bad as I always thought. Everything in it control wise is so counter intuntive though

    Seen Dr. Chaos was mentioned, I actually liked that one once I figured it out never played it anymore after I finally completed it.

    I think it's funny and interesting how NES is universally regarded as one of the greatest retro consoles, if not the greatest, and there are a TON of awesome games on the system but then there's so so many shitty games as well.



    Just goes to show all the people trying to jump on the train.
