Complete NintendO Nes Set

Hey Dudes!

I have been sitting on my nes set for a few years and I am now considering the idea of selling the collection on eBay in the next month or so.

The set includes about 200 boxed games, 300 manuals, and every licensed and unlicensed game (minus Stadium events, panesians, action 52, myriad/caltron, and menac beach)

Any known sales or price?

  • Selling separate is always the best bet. You will get more bang for your buck and not to mention not many people want to buy 676 games at once.

If you decide to part it out let me know, I am looking for a couple high end games
  • It's always tough to gauge full (or almost) complete sets. Some folks think that there should be a hefty discount compared to buying individually, some folks think there should be a premium for the convenience of one transaction and ask for close to or above individual prices combined. Generally speaking, Foochie is right. Most people that have sold off collections by piecing out high end items and small lots have expressed that they got more in return by doing this.

The answer in short for you is there is no answer, only opinions until it sells. If I am correct a member sold many completed sets in 1 large 6-figure transaction here about a year ago and if I am correct got more than what the estimated individual price would be, however his collection and sale were highly pulicized, well taken care of, and displayed the way a collection should be.

It makes it impossible to estimate without knowing which boxes and manuals are included and what the condition on the items are. Shit those 200 boxes and 300 manuals could be worth the same or more as the games if they are all pristine and rarer titles.
