These games come in different colors because they were switching from color dreams to wisdom tree. When they did the switch they changed from blue cartridges to black. I believe they had blue, white, and black. I know that some of the black cartridges are the rarer ones but it's not always the case.
I'm sure there is a lot of information on the site already about it. You just have to search the forums.
I think my information is correct but I'm not 100% positive.
There's no white carts, but yes blue and black. Typically for Color Dreams games, Black is harder to find. Raid 2020 is among one of the harder ones to find in black. Nice find. Here's a thread all about Color Dreams variants, feel free to add yours to the list:

I thought prototypes or carts along those lines came in white, grey, and red. Are the whites just faded blues? Let me know I'm trying to gain some knowledge .
To be honest there are so many of the NOS labels for wisdom tree/bunch/color dreams games out there that no specific color should demand much over the other. All it would take is buying a $5 front label and a $5 back label and a copy of one of the bible games in the color your wanting to switch to and you can turn any one color into another for about $15-20.
