Info Wanted: Rare? Super Nintendo Value Pack Super Scope 6

Hi, New member looking for a little help. Please move if this is the wrong forum. I picked up an item a few months back localy and wanted to get a little more info/value on it. It's a Super Nintedo Value Pack, Contents include the SNES console, super scope 6, with the 6 in 1 game, as well as 3 other super scope games CIB, Yoshi's Safari, Battle Clash, and Metal Combat. All contents fit inside a larger display box.  Each box is labaled with a not for individual sale sticker(see pics) there is also a vendors warranty card that was in the bottom of the box. Games are complete in box in great shape,The console and super scope are missing the styrofoam but all parts and basic manuals included(missing some of the nintendo spam and other packing materials)... Box's have some packing tape, dings, and arnt in the best shape but no fading.

It's been tough finding much info on this and only one sold listing of this item on ebay i could find. thanks in advanced for and info about this or approximate value. not sure if i'll keep it or sell it.

Sorry for the large pictures feel free to resize them lol...

  • How much were you looking for that combo pack? I may be a buyer.
  • not sure what to price it at. as there is only one other listing i could find and it was graded and sealed and went for quite a bit... I'd like know a little more about it before i sold. I'll let you know when i put it up...
  • I've never seen anything like this.
  • i have never seen this before. I would think it should be in 200-500 range. I know that a big gap but this is somthing that has nevr come up as far as i know but there are better people to ask on that if it has.
  • Send a message to SNESfinder on here (he's the SNES reseller a-res-est or something on ebay).

I know he'd both 1. Have a price point 2. toss out an exorbitant amount towards this as that's all he deals in. If I was you he would be the guy I go to if I wanted to sell.
  • thanks guys i've only found one picture of a new one on the web. still cant find much info. i'll shoot snesfinder a PM
  • Just a guess here, but that could be a wholesale exclusive (Costco, Sam's Club, etc.).
  • Probably worth around the 250-300 that one sold for. I saw that exact bundle immediately when it got listed and sent them a 200$ offer. It went from 1000$+ to 700$ to 300$ Or B/O and sat for while. The 3 game boxes aren't too hard to aquire and don't bring much more than the original release at auction. It's really the scope and console box that are tough to find in good shape, and the ones in that bundle leave quite a bit to be desired, otherwise, I probably would have made another offer. My sole interest was in just the display box, so if your interested in selling yours, send me a PM. A mint sealed bundle would bring considerably more IMO

As for another value point I sold a complete bundle for 250$, no display box, but the scope and console boxes were a bit better cosmetically, roughly a year ago. I Have another trio and console just looking for another scope and I'll have another for sale
  • so your saying you've made an offer on this bundle or one like it? you confused me a bit.... I'm looking to sell yes but i think $250-300 is a bit of a low price and wouldn't sell it for that. thanks again
  • That tape is a real thorn in my eye. Myself I would never buy a item in this condition, but that's my opinion.
  • Unfortunately the tape is an eye sore. I have seen people add tape to prevent boxes from ripping open and it is such a shame.

It is a cool bundle either way at the right price.
  • I would think most of the value would be in the display box, and that would be if anyone cared enough about it. The other items are generics.
  • thanks for the help guys. most of the ugly tape was removed(see pics) I'll probably end up keeping it in my collection. as for the items being generics I'd have to disagree with that. i've seen some of the games around but not many of the console and super scope , and never the display box... All items are clearly labeled "not for individual sale" so how can you consider them as generics? anyways i'll toss it on the shelf with the rest of my stuff. thanks again for the input.

  • That's pretty cool if you ask me.
  • Oh, if the inside pieces are all marked as well, then no, you are right, those wouldn't be generics.
