APO Address??

in Help Wanted!
I have a guy on Ebay wanting to buy a bundle from me but his Ebay but its all kinds of crazy. When he sent an offer it says ships to Utah, but when he messaged me it says he is from Arizona. I declined the offer after I found out he wants me to send to APO 09352. Has anyone ever mailed to an army base overseas?? He says this is in Afghanistan but it just screams like some sort of scam.



Sending to the APO is about 40$, while sending directly to Afghanistan is 650$

    Could be a scam since I don't think you can track stuff sent to APOs, but I believe postage is the same as if it were to the U.S. and the buyer could be legit. Either way, you don't have to do something you're not comfortable with.

    Sending to an APO is a US address that will get delivered to soldiers overseas, and only costs as much as Priority Mail would cost to the APO location.
