The curse of the beating GB threads. Everyone who runs them wonders off
Side note, I'm pretty far in Soloman's club, but not sure I'll beat the game. I swear I get PTSD anytimes I face the spinning gargoyles. Just seeing them on screen makes me all jittery and stupid. I end up jumping right on them.

Updated... So sorry everyone I hadnt realized how long it has been. Life has had me super busy the last two months between school and what not. I should be able to keep up with this now I'll try and set an alarm on my phone to check this thread every day. Again sorry to all for abandoning yall
So, out of curiosity (and since I can't find it referenced anywhere in this thread), how does one "beat" a game like Tetris, where the game doesn't actually end? You can hit a high score, but there's not actually any ending to it, at least not the GameBoy version.

High score will suffice. If there are difficulty levels do it on a normal or above difficulty

So do you just need to get into the in-game high score table, set the high score for your local game...? I don't own enough GameBoy games that I'd likely need to worry about this situation too much, just curious as to the full process/definition since it's not listed in the original post.

Just get the top high score of the in game high score list
I beat Dr. Mario yesterday - highest level at highest speed. Shows the viruses getting abducted, then eaten by a fish. ???
Then Tetris Blast. Both "Fight 2" mode and Contest mode, which gives an ending screen and password after every 25 levels forever and ever, and the levels stop getting harder.
if you nonstop play it you can beat the game in 9-10 hours i guess. I have been playing it pretty casually. but I can say it is my favorite sports game, and I hate sports games.

It's an endless game, but I got to the final wave and far exceeded the high score. I think that is sufficient!
P.S. I blogged about this too! http://takeontheneslibrary.com/game-boy/2-crystal-quest/
has anyone beaten mario golf for gbc yet?
Based on the first post, looks like it's available, so go for it!
