Could someone give me a quick explaination of  what games have them and which ones dont?..or where to find them listed?....Or is it just a fluke to find games that their boxes have them?

im only asking because i just picked up a lot of CIB's yesterday and 4 of them had them!

it all depends on which games, some people it doesnt matter to them whether or not they have them, others will pay more for them. it all depends on the game.
