I’m a fan of Neil Gaimen and that arrow death scene in season 1 was visually pretty cool. That is about as much praise as I can muster. The first season did me in early so much so that I can say with certainty that I’m not ever going back.

For me it's not a great show, but it has some good bits. There's a scene in season 2 where Deadwood's, E.B. Farnum and Al Swearingin are reunited. I would watch the entire show for that scene. There's anothere scene where the dead girl is arguing with the leprauchan and he starts drowning her and the cops show up, she pretends she's dead and he gets arrested, hilarious. Also, the guy playing Anansi who was also in Juwanna Man, is actualy really good.

Every time I think about cancelling something, I just remind myself that for years and years we were spending around $140 for Direct TV. It’s literally like the cost of going to an okay restaurant for my gf and me.

I watch very little tv but I did watch Westworld. Newcomers experiencing a world where anything goes was more interesting to me than the maze and robot rebellion. By the second season I had lost interest.

Honestly I feel like at the end of it all I'm going to need to sit and watch through every season all over again to really get the true measure of the show as a whole. I imagine we could nitpick away at just about any season and poke it all with holes and be shitty about it if we cared to.
It's still been a great ride over almost a fuckin DECADE (My god really?), and it'll always be a show I can go back to.
