  • Updiddly! Price went down-iddly.
  • Rodland Box, Manual and Insert added.
  • Sad updidly, Flintstones 2 box for sale, and I have lost faith in humanity once again. Also had an car accident with a bicyclist today that was not my fault but to police it seems so at the moment, we will see how things develop in that as well... Dark times.

If I lived in Hawaii, I'd love to make this guy feel misery and shame.
  • Im sorry that happened to you... scum bag buyer is the type i hate the most. good luck selling your box!
  • Thanks guys. Also feel free to make me an offer on this.

Sending PM, you should be able to win this.  Paypal will side with the buyer when it shows that they returned and item.  What you have to do is appeal that decision, talk to them on the phone and provide the photographic evidence that this is a clear fake.  Losing the case initially and then winning the appeal is typical when a buyer trys a fake return scam like this.
  • I agree with Jone. Not sure how much you've approached this yet, but you should be calling, re-appealing until you get a hold of someone that can fix this for you. I've had to talk to 5-6 people over the course of a couple days until they finally gave me my money back before.
  • Ridiculous. People can be unbelievably scummy. So sorry this happened to you. I think this battle is not over yet, keep fighting and you can at least get back your money!
  • That was heartbreaking to watch. Best of luck to you.
  • There are some legitimate pieces of garbage masquerading as humans in this world. How can you scam someone and just project a big blast of negativity out into the universe like that, and then look at your "proof that I'm a piece of shit" trophy sitting on your shelf and feel satisfied? Blows my mind. Anyways GLWS OP, remember for every action there's an equal and opposite!
  • That is some shit man. Hope you get it sorted out

    totally agree!

  • In order for him to win and get his money back, he has to prove he sent a real copy of the game. He has pictures of the one he was selling... but that doesn't prove he sent a real copy of the game, just that he had real pictures of one. I'm not saying this guy scammed anyone, I'm just wondering what proof he can provide to show them that he was the one being scammed?
  • wow what a shitty story. sorry.
  • So this dude ran a game wheel on Facebook and gave away your game apparently. He's in the group Retro Paradise in FB and someone sent me screenshots. Anyone here a member?

Oh... could this help his case in showing that he got scammed by this guy?

I've never won/sold anything through him before, but i've been on the page for awhile

He did a double Flintstones wheel on his page (Retro Paradise) about a month ago.. He also live streams wheels for other Facebook groups. This isn't looking good. I will be very curious to hear his side, as Pheidian has been 100% transparent from what i can see

  • OKK i dug up some pictures:

Here is the picture of David's "Double Flintstones Wheel" ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

(Another admin on the page just posted on his behalf)

This is the picture David posted on his wheel zoomed in, look at this manual. Notice the bottom right corner/wrinkles in the bottom.  ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

And HERE is Phedian's original sale post picture. ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓

    It's the same manual..
  • Same box, you can see the ink covering Rev-A on the box in both photos.
  • I am sad to hear people like this are entering our hobby.

The pics I got were the same cart too, very tiny label ding at top. What are the admins there saying? The guy that came to me said he's an administrator on some game wheels and heard bad things about the guy before.
  • people like this wonder at why people make a road trip to serve a beating .... sorry to hear about the situation.

hope it can be resolved peacefully somehow =/
  • Yeah, I'm on that wheel page as well and I remember seeing that listing. That's terrible man. I hope you can recoup your losses.
  • hwat a piece of shit. what's a game wheel? lottery?
  • Free bump!

Wanted to say man I feel for you getting cheated on this and PP deciding against you. It has happened to me with PP once where I was forced to refund money for a product that was exactly as described and again when I got sold something that was not as described by the seller and PP decided in the sellers favor. Niche markets like these I think make our cases more difficult to win.

Sorry bout your loss and Btw nice collection you got!

Yes it's a lottery/raffle type thing. Pay $10 for a spot or whatever the cost may be, then when all spots are filled they randomize the list a predetermined amount of times and whoever has the top spot wins the game. I've won a few decent games on the wheels but they are definitely shady.
