Pheidian has also indicated that once his money is returned he will send this Dino Peak box back to HyanHammah. After this they will have both been made whole on this trade that went south. I have been speaking to both sides so I know both of these things should be occurring. I'll keep an eye on it and update accordingly. But I do believe everyone will be made whole at the end of this.

Just because he agreed to return the money doesn't make it right though. The buyer tried to pull a fast one, and nearly succeeded before the community called him out on it. It's like if I heisted a bank, then was intercepted by the cops upon exiting the building, and was like, "Okay, you caught me. Here's the money back. Can I go home now?" Cops be like, "Sure kid. Bank's got their money and nobody got hurt, so you're free to go. Try not to do it again, Mmm-kay?"
I didn't say what HyanHammah did was correct. Or even forgivable. But what I am saying is hat the outcome of this whole thing is Pheidian will be made whole, HyanHammah will receive the box he bought back from Pheidian, and they are both squared up again. Yes, HyanHammah got caught. And it's great that as a community we are able to band together and help each other out to rectify the situation for Pheidian.

So now David has the $2,100 and a cart and manual. And Pheidian has just a box. Therefore ... when Pheidian gets his $2,100 back, it is only right that David (at his own expense) receives the box back. Otherwise Pheidian is profiting a box out of the deal.

The main objective was to get the gentleman his money back and It appears that's going to happen. The buyer in this case was not a member of this community as far as I know before he set up an account to answer the claim. He tried to pull a fast one got caught ..... as long as he made it right fine by me. He so out there on Instagram and Facebook and his local community stuff like this gets out I will do damage to his business ..... trust that's why he made this right.

He tried to scam him. That's already been established. At this point we are trying to get Pheidian his money back. Once that occurs Pheidian then should send the box back at HyanHammahs expense, not reciprocate the action and try to screw HyanHammah in return.

I have filed a police report on this as paypal asked me to provide on the appeal. After paypal decides the case I will do as they tell me. I will send you the box definitely and will record a full video packaging the box and the fake game at the post office so that there is no way you can pull off anything like ths on me anymore.

And to add and clarify: I have not received a single message on this privately from you David that you want to deal with this in other way. I have not actually gotten a single message directly from you since around end of august. I sent you the last message on sept 5th I believe, stating that hope you got the game and all is good since tracking showed the game was delivered.

Little update on the matter - paypal sent me today a request that I need provide an English police report, which I did not get in Finnish Police Department, so I will have to ask / do it again (I am not 100% if I can get official police document in English easily in Finland, since our languages are Finnish and Swedish only, so it might not be that simple). One thing this proves, is that the claim has not been cancelled if Paypal is still working on it like this. I will provide that as asked though, but they gave me 3 days to reply...
