Famicom RF switch Help

All,

i was wondering If I could use the universal rf switch which works on nes/snes/gens model 1.  I hear the nes rf switch works best but not sure if there is a difference.

also the tv I have is a 1983 Sony trintron and doesn't got to channel 96, so was wondering if I was out of luck.  Already have the correct gens model 1 9v DC adapter.  Sorry if this was already answered!

  • You don't even need an RF switch, an F to RCA adapter would be best. But you do need something that can go up to channel 96 with analog signals, a cheap VCR would work.

Also, I beat 7th saga about two weeks ago, I used Lux as my partner for most of the game.

It has a guy named Dr. Fail in it.  That's the main thing I shall remember about it.
