top 5 "holy grail" games for these consoles?

what would say are the top 5 games for each of these game systems?  you can go by price, rarity or what you personally consider holy grails.

heck, you can even add accessories to the list if you want.  if you only want to mention a couple of the systems, thats ok.  if you can only come up with a top 3 list, thats fine too.  you want to include cart colors, nfr, screw variants, alternate box art, test carts?...list'em and discuss!

  • Here are some of the rarest and most sought after games for these systems. I recommend picking these up while they're still in the $40,000-50,000 range because I guarantee that we'll see them skyrocket towards 6 digit prices within a couple days. Mark my words.

madden 98 for snes is more uncommon than you think.

and if you found a madden 2005 for ps1 you should have bought it   because it doesnt exist. madden 2004 isnt too common on ps1 either. both times ive listed it for 7-8 bucks complete it sold pretty quickly.
  • The answer is easy: The top 5 for any given system are the rarest/priciest games I already have in my collection.

Oh. I guess that's what I get for trying to hastily assemble a crappy joke, lol.

My grail might not be the same as your grail. Afterall, your grail might not come sealed in the box looking like the day it popped out of that sweet, ol' production line.

pffft, like you know squat about sports titles

  • We do similar discussions here at the office, though we call them Mt. Rushmore of (topic), and it's basically top four in no particular order.

Since you leave the variable up to us, I'll offer the top five NES games with written numbers in the names:

Jordan vs. Bird One on One

    Formula One Sensation

    The Three Stooges

Spider-Man: Return of the Sinister Six

    Romance of the Three Kingdoms
