No a boxed U-Force accessory goes for around $70 to around $150- $200 at the very most depending on the condition. Sometimes if you are lucky identical sealed ones can be $80 or $200 in the same condition.
The U-force cart is nowhere beyond $30-$60 at the very most which is still too high. It's just a repro that didn't use a doner cart. Normal U-Force repro carts games are going for $30 or less.
So you are telling me that the 3 people that contacted me about buying just the U-Force Powergames cart for $200 are wrong? After shipping both items together, I basically gave away the UForce controller for free. It was part of the "Fun" of that auction.
If people were REALLY after the controller (in MUCH MUCH MUCH better condition), they could have gotten one for a lot cheaper than $240.
This falls under the theory of supply and demand, there is a lot more supply of the controller with minimal demand...the his a Demand for the game, with little supply. Hence the reason I got paid!

Any discountinued retrozone stuff will affect your wallet more than you think. If im able to find the uforce cart below $150 ill be more than happy but i know im dreaming

Oh okay. Never looked at the auction and thought probably like maybe a good portion went towards the u-force first and then the cart. Which is off apparently. I was wrong then. Not trying ruin anything for anyone. I didn't think it would be in demand or this high but apparently it was a good/fair deal for everyone.
I was referring to prices of ultra mint boxed u-forces accessories and basing the cart not on this auction which I didn't look into to begin with, but just random prices over the years from memory, thinking if it was a limited edition repro, it would still be in the $30-$60 range, since a repro is a repro, regular ones using a donor cart are $30 and under, u-force games isn't really in demand etc. I still have memories of when RetroUSB still had it for sale, and I would always postpone my order every time. I also remember seeing it for sale every once and a while in the last couple of years not over $60, but things change I guess.
I just had no clue it would go that high. It's just hard for some when repros of any sort get high, even if it is entirely fair for the majority of people involved in buying and selling them.
Then again, I will probably just go for a regular repro for both of these carts.
Why does it have to be retrousb? You can just get someone else to make the game just as good for a fraction.
Yeah it doesn't, that's why I'm buying a regular repro. I liked that USB made it out of original parts.
And you can still have it made out of original parts. Ill never understand why people want to collect certain repros and spend so much money on em. Id rather take that money and put it to a rare official game. All repros are the same as long as it looks nice!

Yeah, agree about the price and repros. Who else makes original parts?

do you mean new parts? because original parts would be donors.
INL makes new boards that support the usual mappers. He's the only one with a board for Gimmick afaik. His should support U-force as well but it'd be pretty spendy for a common game. Retrostage(?) makes boards for a couple of the most popular mappers but I don't think his would do U-force.

Last uforce sold for $240 and gimmick +\-$200
At those price?

No, a boxed Uforce with the cart went for $240. Not the cart alone.
I think but not sure
you're right, so estimate between 190-200

Thus why the RetroUSB/Retrozone reproductions are much more expensive. I have a Grey Gimmick if you're interested message me.
