Little Mermaid has an epic title theme?!
Yeah I know it's just Under the Sea in 8-bits, but it is the most impressive orchestration of music on the NES that I never heard until now.
So recently, I felt like playing a random NES game so Little Mermaid was chosen and as I booted up the game, I was still getting everything all setup and I noticed the music and it sounded like the ole Capcom Disney music goodness we all know and love. I thought it would be just like the other Capcom Disney main titles but I would find out soon that there was something special brewing here. It would seem that Capcom has attempted to recreate the entire song Under the Sea from the classic Disney animated film and cram it into an NES cart. I haven't checked measure for measure, but it looks like the entire song is created in loving 8-bit NES form and it sounds amazing.
Whether or not you like this game or the Capcom Disney games in general you should check this tune out. It's around three minutes long. It's really impressive that Capcom was doing stuff like this back in 91 on the good ole 8-bit NES sound chip.

Capcom. No need to say more. But I will, haha...
This game is great! Takes about 10 minutes to beat but this is a perfect game for a playthrough a few times a year.
And yeah... The music is transferred perfectly by Capcom, as the other Disney Titles were. The guy who wrote it, and Beauty and the Beast, Alan Menken I believe, would think the same I bet.
Want to play a game with just as good controls as Mega Man, Darkwing Duck, or Duck Tales but only want to spend 20 minutes playing? This game is perfect. Not many Capcom games aren't good.
...Duh?
