Elite R8?

Is Elite really a 8 on the rarity scale? How much is it worth? Pal exclusive as far as i can see from the database. Anyone please help me out here.

I'd say that it's not an 8... I haven't looked over the PAL rarities in a while, so I'll eventually make some adjustments. Personally, I think it's a 6, as it's not that uncommon.
