    The best value is a white PC Engine system and an Everdrive, that puts you in the $120 - $150 range, depending on what the console costs you.

    I have definitely cooled off buying new turbo stuff I have almost everything I want with the exception of a few games here or there. Funny story I took Valis II and Ys III locally to a game store so I could have them resurfaced and their jaw dropped. They were like I didn't know Ys III came out on the Turbografx lol.
