I can almost beat the third level. I've made it to the boss a few times.
It isn't even that hard. What f!cks me up more than anything is getting too many speed powerups so that I move so fast that I can no longer control it. You have to watch out for that.
The first two levels are a cakewalk as long as you stay powered up and keep the shield. I prefer the straight laser because it's powerful.
I got some high bonuses on the first two bosses which helped my score.
I have a hard time not getting hit when fighting the third boss. It's this game's version of the plane boss from 1943 in terms of blocking progression. But it is really cool looking.
BTW, I almost never use the spread weapon. I much prefer the other.

Yeah, especially since you only get like a couple millions for beating the game, I bet nobody ever turned that billion zero to a 1.

You could just use my point racking spot,put a heavy object on top of the fire button,turn off your TV and come back in like a month. Haha.

That's probably the reason they made the score meter like that, they wanted someone to do it at some point, it could be YOU, hehe.

I did a test run on emulator yesterday and got over 600,000 in Stage 4. I haven't played this one past the first level before.

I watched gameplay footage on Youtube and stage 4 looks crazy. You have to make a bunch of jumps and deal with enemies while moving super fast.
I'm fortunate that this is a game that I already own and know how to play, even though I'm not very good at it yet.
I expect skinny and bert to beat this game by Sunday... maybe Brock as well.
