Dumb Video Game Stores

I think this one tops the List. Traded in one of my extra copies of squoon Becaues it was just laying in my car. The Game store gave me 50.00 Trade in. They must have looked it up on ebay and saw the complete one that sold for 125.00

Stores just never seem to realize that boxes and manuals matter.
That is good for all of us I suppose.

    yeah that is typical even our local game store is looking up games on ebay and using that for pricing. Loose sega saturn games are not worth 50 bucks especially when they are beat up

    ^yeah i'm pretty sure the play and trade we go to has a zelda for like 18 bucks

    thats awesome Zach, what store was it, I know you live in NY like me, don't remember where though. There is a gamestore near me, they don't put prices on the some of the old games...you ask for a price and they look it up on ebay and add about $5-$10 to it. The last time I was there looking at nintendo games the young kid asked if I ever heard of this "blue cart" game. He gave me the name of it (I never heard of it) said he just sold it on ebay the week before for $200. I went home and searched.......found nothing.

    its actually a pawn shop  they deal mostly in games

    Its in Elmira NY if you know where that is Im in upstate NY not near the city

    The Places that look stuff up on ebay are dumb also I just leave when they do that

    But sometimes they still cant price right even with ebay
