Finally completed my Color Dreams/Bunch Games black carts

Well the last black cart I needed was Moon Ranger and I got that in today thanks to NESaholic. I have them all now with the exception of Robodemos. I dont anticipate finding one of those any time soon so I figured I would go ahead and post this. This was definitely my favorite NES subset to collect for and am glad to have it finished until that Robodemons comes along.

    More like impossible lol, Im very doubtful any more are out there image, but ya never know. Thats why If i can finish my set with Raid 2020 and Metal fighter I'll be happy. Only need those 2.

    BTW, if anyone has metal fighter or Raid 2020 black carts let me know as I will make a very nice offer for them image

    Huge congrats! I know how tough this set is. Very few people have ever had a full set of black carts. I only know 2 people that have them all, me and Erik afaik. Well done Dustin.

    Yep these are so fun and it seems like they never stop surfacing new variations... like I said before I just got my 3rd CIB Secret Scout variant and I've heard a rumor of a 4th out there. That will piss me off to no end. Stupid label variations.

    Wasn't there something particular about the Robodemons box that contained the black cart, so that you could spot one if you needed to in a sealed?

    Yes, as with most black carts, robodemons came in a box with a micro-genius sticker

    Gotcha. Of course finding one with that on it is equally impossible, I assume? Hence only two of them found?

    Yeah most black carts are found inside boxes with this micro genuis sticker on them. Not sure if any black carts have been found in boxes without the sticker.?

    It shouldn't to the extent it CAN. Black carts have always been known to be tougher... it's just in the past 1-2 years though that some of the rarest ones even were discovered is all that's really new. Robodemons being the last with only mine and NGD's known to exist both coming from SPEEDY... thanks again Pieter!

    I paid out the nose for my cart. He only found the 2 afaik.... I am just waiting for the 3 other games to surface in black so I can blow way more than I should to get them! :-/

    Nes GUy... Pieter only had two. One was open and one was sealed (his personal copy). He sold the open one to NGD and I begged and begged and begged him to sell me the sealed one, which he finally did and I slit open at the top to confirm it was black cart inside and never opened the rest of the way. NGD and I both paid a Sh*t ton for these.
