  • I would be interested in a cart. That would be neat.
  • i helped you out in your collection! image i would love a cib release though.
  • CIB would be great, but it may not sell as well cause it isn't a full game. I would do a cart only run at a very minimum. I would def consider CIB and run some #'s. I will also be glad to help you out with anything I can. Glad to see you are moving forward in some capacity though with this project image I for one appreciate you wanting to share this with the community.

  • ill take any game i can get my hands on...
  • I would say cart only for this one. Would be neat to play and such. CIB would be cool too, but if it only has 2.xx levels, maybe not really worth the effort.

p.s. I would like to become a big part of your collecting hobby image
  • Please release it in one form or another, CIB, cart, or whether the game is finished or not doesn't mater too me much, I'd buy on either way image
  • I'd be quite interested in a Cart release cart only would also drop the price of production on your side so it would keep your costs low.
  • I've been wanting to play this since you found it, but I think CIB may be overkill. It'd increase the cost of the release by quite a bit, and would also necessitate that you have a certain number of boxes printed.

Since the game isn't complete, the likelihood of selling a number of copies equal to Ditka or HC just doesn't seem likely to me, and I think you'd end up sitting on a pile of 200 boxes.

I think you could do a run of really nice looking cart only copies for those of us that want to play the game and it would be just as nice as going all out for a CIB.
  • CIB all the way!
  • I will buy it either way, but would prefer a CIB version
  • I'll buy whatever is released, but those CIB's are nice
  • i'd be intested in a copy either way.
  • I'd want a LE Edition followed by a regular.
  • cart only. Oh, and remember how much I helped your collection??? I gave that Stadium Events... um... post... in this thread
  • Mark, whatever you want to do, do it! I think it is great that you would be so generous to give back to the community with such unique item. So in the poll when i say i don't care, i mean that i don't care HOW it is released, just so long as it is.

  • Another poll for an unreleased title. Looks like 2009 is gonna be a good year. I would like to see this as a CIB, but since the game is not fully done a cart only would also be good.
  • I would say cart only. CIB looks nice, but the extra cost I really do not think is worth it for an incomplete game.
  • Cart only or CIB, just as long as this puppy gets released!
  • I like Basil's rationale on this one image .
  • I'd rather CIB, but I don't think it will do very well, or well enough to make your money back on it. I could see this one having an awesome box. I'd gladly do the art for you if you decide to do the CIB, but i'd do cart. I can do the label if you want.

    I can't wait.

I'll buy whatever it so happens to be released as.
  • I'd prefer a Cart only release. image
  • If you are going to release it, you might as well do a CIB, but honestly i don't really care about repros of prototypes. Just make sure you release it in some form because a lot of people do care about it. Sivaks new game however is going to rule
  • Have you ever considered manufacturing your own boxes to cut down on production costs? It will take longer and require more effort, but will be cheaper and you will have more control over how many you want to produce.

  • I voted for the CIB, but I'd be happy as long as I can get in on buying an initial release. I think you should do a preorder, like NGD does, and help that determine your final product of CIB or cart only. I may not have helped your collection at all, but I'd much rather have this on a cart than just ROM dumped.

I'm not sure about that method being cheaper in the long run.  But definitely if you're only looking at boxing 10 SE carts, or something.
