Awesome Street Fighter II Blanka sign from 1992

Today at my parents house I decided to dig around in the basement to see if anything else from my childhood stuff was still left behind. Low and behold, I found this sign that I completely forgot about! It's Blanka, my favorite character from Street Fighter II and it's a really cool sign because it's embossed in 3D. Anyways, thinking about hanging it up on my game room door but also looking for more info. about it as nothing is on the internet to my best search ability. The sign is from 1992 and says CAPCOM and TRACO TOYS at the bottom. It may have been tied into a toy line I suppose? Anyways, here's the beast:
